Health is not a destination, it is a direction. In this episode, I introduce my two principles for living healthy which I created by pulling from decades of exposure to a wide variety of health practices and philosophies, including western medicine, eastern medicine, alternative medicine, performance optimization medicine, psychic & spiritual healing, energetic clearing, and more. I take all that experience and simplify it into two overarching rules for living towards a healthy life.
