“Health is loving who you are.” -John-Roger
Diseases start first in the energetic bodies. They show up in the etheric body double, which is an energetic body that's matches the physical. If you can clear the disturbance in the energetic bodies before it reaches the physical body, then it doesn't have to have a physical manifestation.
The quote at the beginning defines health as loving who you are. There is a frequency, a vibration, a sound of loving, that when you apply that into the energetic bodies and into the diseases, it is an organizing force. It brings organization and balance to what is chaotic or unorganized. As you bring more loving into your field, it can assist with uplifting the health conditions.
There's karmic aspects to certain health conditions that you must go through physically. Karma is the completing of creations, and sometimes that has to be done physically. Even then, it is possible to uplift the karma into a more graceful expression by applying the loving frequency to those areas where there is disturbance.
Someone who is a Master or has a high level of consciousness can actually affect change at the molecular level not only of themselves, but also of others, and bring balance into that. When they are in touch with the highest frequency of loving, which is light and sound, that energy can come through them and heal others.
I have experienced this many times in my life, both in the healing of myself and in being healed by others with different abilities.
There was one time I was at a retreat that my friend and teacher, John-Roger (J-R), was leading. A group of us played some football during one of the breaks. I stepped into a small hole while running and sprained my ankle… and it hurt.
At the end of the break, I was alone with J-R in the back of the main room, ankle still messed up, and let him know what had happened.
