Out of God comes all things.
If we zoom back to the foundational first principles of existence, it starts with the truth that everything comes from God.
In Genesis and other creation stories across many sacred texts, it is in speaking, which is sound or vibration, that God created all things. One could say that all of existence is God’s thought expressed through sound.
When seeking the awareness of God we turn inward, open our spiritual ears, and listen for the Sound Current which is the vibration that directly connects us to God. It reverberates throughout all creation on all levels.
That original word of God carried within it the power of creation which is evidenced in the organizational intelligence inherent on all levels. There is a blueprint that informs all of creation. On the physical level it is a force that causes atoms to organize and differentiate into all that exists, creating humans, and trees, and rocks, and planets, and stars. That organizational intelligence is what has been referred to as the Logos. It is not only the innate wisdom of God, but the way by which we can connect into the higher spiritual frequencies.
In the biblical scripture of John, Jesus is referred to as the Logos made flesh. The Logos is often translated as the “Word,” but it means more than that. The Logos is the expresser of the divine intelligence and wisdom of God. Through it, the thoughts of God are expressed.
As I know it, Jesus was the Logos of this planet expressing itself into a body. As we are all of God, the divine Logos is also within all of us. We too are born as that which Jesus was and is, though we are not fully embodying it to the extent he did. He was that in the fullness of what it is, and we are aspiring to the fuller expression of it. Even he said that we will do what he did and even greater.
Speaking as the Logos, Jesus said that where two or more are gathered in his name, there he is also.
What does it mean to be gathered in “my name” when the one who is speaking is the Logos, the thought of God expressed into creation?
My good friend and spiritual wayshower, John-Roger, defined the Light using an acronym: the LIGHT is Living In God’s Holy Thoughts. As the Logos could be seen as “God’s Holy Thoughts,” then living in the Light would be living in the Logos. So when we come together and gather in the Light, the Logos is there also.
