I often hear people say some version of “I’ve got to get healthy,” as if it is some destination that they will finally reach. 

Health isn’t a destination, it’s a direction. You are moving towards health and making choices that lead to health or you are making choices that promote dis-ease. The good news is that no matter what the current state of your health is, you can be moving towards health. In fact, it never stops. You don’t get healthy and then get to stop moving towards health, because if you aren’t consciously focusing your efforts towards health, your bad habits will start creeping in like weeds in a garden.

In my life, I’ve come to two rules when it comes to health. My journey with health has been very comprehensive and has ranged from major experiences in the worlds of standard, allopathic, western medicine, to alternative medicine, other culture’s health practices, and energetic clearing of diseases.
