How do you know who or where to turn to for truth? Especially when there are so many people out there claiming to have it. There seems to be endless choices with the explosion of spiritual influencers, yogi’s, self proclaimed shaman’s, and metaphysical experts, all who present the perfect look of spiritual living.

When you find the real deal, there’s just something inside that knows.

If you’re not sure, first check out if there is loving in what they offer. Not the appearance of loving, but actual loving. The kind that is looking out for your highest good.

Then observe.

Test the teachings. See what works and what doesn’t work for you. Use what works.

When you find someone who can deliver the experience to you of the Light and the spiritual realities, pay attention.

When you find someone who knows the inner realms and can help you along the way, pay attention.

When you find someone who, even in their humanness, expresses a high level of loving…pay attention.

Those are the people to surround yourself with, and to support your journey into the higher realms.

The good news is that there are those who can assist you along your journey, but always check it out because, ultimately, you are responsible for yourself.

A good friend of mine said that people seem to be challenged by two things in life. One is power and the other is freedom.
