A Step-by-Step Guide To Clear Negative Online Influences
Have you noticed when you are scrolling on social media or reading through the news that you often walk away either upset or not in the most uplifted headspace?
Finding clarity is becoming more and more elusive.
You may be familiar with this uncomfortable sense that things aren’t as they seem, or that something is trying to manipulate you. And that sense is accurate. The experience of feeling clear of these energetic influences, technological manipulations, and group psychic dynamics often feels farther and farther away.
There are methods to clear the consciousness and I am going to introduce you to one simple technique today, especially focused on clearing yourself after exposure to what I will call the algorithm. That is the invisible machine based decision making process that determines what information you are fed in your news feed, in your social media feed, and in many other subtle areas you may not notice (like what movies it features specifically for you to watch). This influence permeates all aspects of modern life and shapes how you perceive the world.
If you live engaged in this world, it’s almost possible to get away from it. So how do you clear its influence and why would you want to?
Let’s start with the why.
For starters, living in a way where you feel at peace inside feels a whole lot better. Feeling excited about life is a lot nicer than feeling down in the dumps. Having a positive vision for your life that seems attainable is so much better than chronic discouragement.
We know from multiple studies that social media exposure causes decrease in mental and emotional wellbeing. There are studies, meta-analysis’, systemic reviews that all point to a significant decrease in mental health outcomes with a few hours a day spent on social media.
There are lifestyle choices and habits that will better support you in decreasing your time exposed, and addressing the addictive patterns related to social media. This article isn’t about that, but there are many good ones out there.

The 3 things that you will be clearing:
Group consciousness
Subliminal manipulation
Generalized negativity
When you are involved in social media, you often tap into a group consciousness and can be influenced by their perspective, especially when there are a lot of emotions or disturbance about it. Once you are tied into the group consciousness, you start experiencing the group upset that isn’t your own upset. Then you end up feeling upset, and can make it your own by taking it into you.
When you clear and disconnect from the group consciousness, you can remove yourself from the the group emotions, and allow you to be in a clearer state towards whatever is taking place, rather than adding to the state of upset and disturbance.
You clear for generalized negativity because it is a catch-all way of releasing yourself from the general negative energy you can pick up.
Subliminal manipulation are those messages and influences that are below the conscious level, and are very prominent on social media. The algorithm is a subliminal manipulation tool. That is its purpose. It wants your energy, which is your attention. The more it can keep your attention, the more it is serving its function. There is a part of you that is aware of the subliminal manipulation, and when you do this clearing and disconnecting process, it tells that part of you to clear those levels of manipulation..
You may not have social media, but this will still work because even if you are not on social media, there are other sneaky and subtle ways the algorithm is still influencing your life. Maybe it is the articles that your phone feeds to you, or the latest messaging on the news channel, or subtle messages inserted into your favorite shows. So, I would recommend clearing these 3 areas if you are at all exposed to the modern world (and the fact that you are reading this means that you are).
The method:
We are going to be using a physical method for clearing.
Your screen of consciousness:
For the purposes of clearing, your forehead is what I will refer to as your screen of consciousness, and specifically the 3rd eye area of your forehead (which is in the middle just above your eyebrows.)
To “put it on your screen” is to put your finger on your screen and think of (or say) the thing you are putting there (e.g. “generalized negativity”).
Once you put something “on your screen,” keep your finger there, and with your other hand lightly tap your chest. You will tap from the top of your chest to the bottom of your chest plate down the center. Down and then back up.
Then you tap the top part of the chest (just below the clavicle) from left to right and back from right to left.
Essentially making a cross pattern.
Then you do that on your back (or have someone else do it). Since you can’t reach your back, you do it (very lightly) on the back of your neck down to the shoulders making the same up down/down up, left right/right left cross pattern.
Third, you tap your forehead with the hand that is on your screen already, in the same (but much smaller) cross pattern.
At the end of the tapping, you take your hand on your forehead and run a finger (letting it glide smoothly, barely touching the skin) from the 3rd eye, to the tip of the nose, and then back up and past the 3rd eye to the top of the forehead and then release it.
The tapping portion lets your body know to release this energy, and the running the finger down and up the screen is to bring the clearing down into the unconscious levels and then back up to the fully consciousness level (3rd eye), and going to the top of the forehead is letting it go into the Spirit.
You will do this process with each of the 3 items above.
Here is the overview:
Put an item on your screen (group consciousness, subliminal manipulation, or generalized negativity.
Tap the chest, then back (neck), then forehead in pattern of cross
Run finger from 3rd eye to tip of nose, and back up past 3rd eye to top of forehead and release
Repeat the the process with each of the three items to clear
Do that each time you get off social media or at least once a day, and let me know the experience you have with that.
