I was speaking to a friend about his career. He said, “I honestly don’t know what to do.” Everyone seems to have those moments. I raise my hand. I often don’t know. 

When the truth is that you don’t know, it’s best to just admit it. But what comes next? Do you collapse or expand when you don’t know? That is more important.
