The spiritual heart is that loving essence that is the entirety of who you truly are, your spiritual self. It is the one who breathes you, who is life itself. It is never separate, never lacking. It is always complete, whole, and connected to that divine source that is another aspect of the great divine.
Who you are in spiritual reality is beyond race, creed, color, situation, circumstance, or environment, and is unencumbered by the limits and conditions of the lower, denser realms of light. In this world you are seen through reflection of light, in the Spirit you are known by your light and as the light.
In our daily lives, we build our identities by outer criteria. To know your soul, you must let go of outer identifications. You must die to this world to awaken to the spiritual realms.
There is a point in spiritual exercises when you may move out of the body, and you stop breathing or find the space between the breath. You know this because you come back into the awareness of this level when your body remembers to breath. How long did you stop breathing? Did you stop at all? Or did your awareness expand beyond time, so that eternity was experienced in a moment?
The biggest lie is separation, but it is an illusion. It is not spiritual reality. It is how you stay caught in this world. If you want to be free, you must be aware of who you are as one with the Divine. In that there is freedom. If you have that awareness, no matter where you are or the circumstances of your life, you will traverse this world free because you carry it as an awareness within you.
How do you find that awareness of your divinity, of your one-ness with God?
You have been asleep so long, but maybe you feel there is something just beyond your reach that is stirring within you. Follow that inner urging to go home. Not your home that is of this world, but your home that is where you truly come from.
What you will find as you awaken to the true reality is pure, unconditioned loving. So if you want a shortcut, start choosing to dwell in loving within you, and give of your loving to others. Bring your loving into everything you do, and share it with everyone you meet. As you dwell in loving, love will dwell in you.
So keep your eyes towards the higher Light and walk in loving. It’s really that simple.
