I was speaking to a man yesterday whom I had just met. He was telling me all of the ways in which he was using AI. As he was talking, I realized the importance of human to human direct connection going forward.
As I expand the depth of the spiritual work I am doing, it will be moving away from the digital realm and more and more into engaging in the real world. I think there is such greater learning that takes place when people have an experience physically with other humans, especially in the beauty of nature where there is space from the hustle and bustle of our lives of constant stimulation.
It is in that spirit that I am doing the upcoming retreat in Puerto Rico. It is a creation and collaboration that incorporates time enjoying tropical waters with the opportunity to reconnect to your essential self. We will be focusing on listening and letting go, moving more into who you truly are. It is like a detox from the internal pressures of life, and the external intensity of all that is taking place.
